    Cheese

Horreychit.........a cup of cheese a day would lock my system up tighter'n Fort freakin Knox. I'd never be able to have a BM. Damn......just damn. I love the hell outa some cheese. I almost can't control myself with some proper swiss dipped in hot sauce (yes....I'm freaky that way).......but I have to slow my roll......cheese and nuts are on my "limited amounts" list. In fact.....when I think about it.....damn near everything is on my "limited amounts" list......except for Water, coffee, air and exercise. Lol i dont eat a cup of cheese i eat 1/4 size meals 4 times a day with cheese topped on at least 2 of them but as far as bm thats probably why im the way i am i also have to add Fiber to each of my meals and take collace eveyday per my doctor Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

  19. Any kinds of almonds i bought some salt and vinegar and some habannaro bbq but i wanted to buy some honey roasted but wasnt sure if i could the grams of sugar was 4g compared to the other 2 which have 2gram and i believe they had 7g of carbs compare to the 2 i have which are 5g should i be eating these period they have 6g protein per serving ? Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App You are probably not going to want to hear this.....but the answer is "Neither". Nuts are really not something you want to be fooling with at this point in the game. Way too caloric. If you feel you simply can't live without them, then buy the 100 calorie packs and stick to just a single pack. 8 weeks has you in the prime timeframe to be in hardcore weight loss and sticking firmly to your plan. Meals vs Snacks. Snacking is an old behavior from the past that we have to learn to stop doing. All foods will be able to be enjoyed down the road....in very close moderation.....but all foods are certainly on the menu. It's just a matter of if you are willing to take on the calories and lack of nutrition that come with some of them. Right now.....it's the time to burn it off. I had to learn this the hard way with nuts and cheeses. Great to know i wasnt eating them as snacks i was eating it as my meal but you are right there are lots of calories so i wont be eating them either lol back to basics thanks Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

    Doritos

Ha I've totally fantasized about this. I too am a salt/savory addict. I am not allowed real foods yet and have seriously thought about what will happen when I want that crispy crunch, which led me to research alternative yet more healthy chips like oven roasting all kinds of root vegetables. Idk where you are in your progress but look those recipes up, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if there was a vegan dorito recipe. Since I've been unable to eat food it didn't mean I didn't want them but I sat back to examine my relationship with food, maybe you've done that too, but if you haven't it wouldn't hurt to think about what emotions or moods you are attaching to this activity and it might help to research recipes for alternative crunch stuff. Be kind to yourself. HW 341 SW 298 DOSW 286 CW 271 DOS 08/09/16 Thanks im on maintenance phase and i dont care for the crunch so much just the salt which is new for me Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
