be careful I don't think pizza is really classed as a soft food no matter how much its chewed as it can stretch the stomach. soft foods are pretty much like mashed veggies, scrambled eggs thick soups kinda things. did you have the lapband or sleeve? I know with mine (I had the band) I can eat about a cup of mashed veggies but I haven't had any fills yet.. if you have any concerns I'm sure your surgeon wouldn't mind you calling and asking.

me to I'm excited to be able to have more than liquids but a little nervous about it at the same time

thanks it was a shock that something so simple could tire me out so much. I am going to do a little bit more every day till I'm back to normal

That's not my case as I'm not eating anything yet just fluids only on day 4 so not sure why it's happening to me. It may only be one hiccup here and there and not even when I have had a drink so nothing in general is setting them off

Thank you all for your very helpful comments I'm on full liquid diet and had made up chicken broth but am so over it. The hubby has sucked down to the shops to get some things you guys recommend so fingers crossed it helps thank you
