Good luck!!!
-
A loonnnnggg time ago I worked at VS catalogue. Some of their bras are actually made by warners Bali and others they used to be able to tell you but don't anymore. But, if you find one you like of higher quality it is likely not their generic and you might find it in dept store.

Thank you! You give floppy a good name! I look forward to be floppy not stuffed and slow!

Stay overnight or don't stay.
chycky replied to GeorgiaThin's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I knew I wanted to be out quick and I was out with one night but even if offered or had to pay I would stay the one night for sleep and safety. -
How many calories are you taking in?

What does your nutritionist say? For me, water, protein and vitamin intake is key. -
Unjury is so nasty
chycky replied to myfatisnotaflaw's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I hate all brands of strawberry. And I got the starter pack for unjury and the only one I really like and use is the chicken broth. The chocolate splendor is ok but premier is better to me. I can't stand the Bariatric Advantage that I bought at docs. I am going to force myself to finish some but taking an unopened one to a support group meeting to give away. Other than premier which is high Protein and so convenient the isopure unflavored is my back up to unjury chicken. It is all a matter of individual tastes! Buy small and sample! -
Severe back pain after weight loss?
chycky replied to stephenmarksarro's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Between the surgery and then getting back to working out I use a heating pad a lot. I have some minor aches nothing sharp or major so not sure if comparable to what you are experiencing. how had your exercise or weight training changed? I would be sure to share and if team has the expertise what exercises could help. My practice is big on yoga. -
They are all disgusting. I cannot wait to be able to swallow pills again. I had the melts a couple of chewables and a liquid. They are all so terrible. The flintstones are the easiest but just try to make it quick because none are going to be good is my advice!

Since we are sharing feet I wish I had done some earlier for comparison but will have this for later. Feet do not photo well btw and I have major tan line. -
I have been taking Biotin for a few months now and my hair and nails grow like crazy. And I had good skin before. I am also using a satin cap for sleeping and Phyto brand serum for hair thinning due to stress or diet will it work will it matter who knows. I am only 8 week post op I do not have any loss. But I recognize this is early and it may happen. My goal is to lay ground work for at least it not being a big impact (like my hair is growing back faster) if not prevent by making for healthier hair now. My nut said some studies indicate biotin may be preventative but enough to be conclusive and that most important thing is to stay on plan and eat Protein.

I get to have raw veggies this week at 8 week post op. Looking forward to a little variety but we will see about how much I can stomach. Mostly looking forward to berries.

I don't know how Im gonna make it thru the rest of this liquid diet.
chycky replied to Crystal Ann Keister's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
unjury is online their adds run on this site. You can get their starter kit to try flavors out -- it includes 2 chicken. They ship pretty quick I have gotten in about 2-3 days. Amazon carries the isopure unflavored and it think some prodiet Protein Soups. -

8weeks post op and I definitely saw a change in my legs and feet within 2 weeks and even more today. I like to say I welcomed back my ankles at week 2. Definitely feel shoes fitting more comfortably. -

chycky replied to Crystal Ann Keister's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
Agree with unjury chicken lifesaver esp first 2 weeks post op for me. I also used isopure unflavored in broth and it has even more protein. Good luck. It gets better! -
How many calories are you taking in?
chycky replied to LxA's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
At 8 weeks out I am supposed to count Protein and fluids but because I track everything I can tell you that I get average of less than 700 per day - 420 of that is from protein shakes/protein broth. If I have hummus for a meal or more cheese I can go over that number but sometimes can be 600 or less. But would say 700 is pretty consistent. -
@@cslove really inspiring my hw 367 Sw 353 on 6/21/16 and now at 314 looking forward to being where you are!

Umm, how do you tell your daughter she might need this?
chycky replied to OKCPirate's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
Talk about your own journey and that is enough. Don't ask or suggest even if she is considering it would likely not be well received and would stick with her forever. Likely your example has her thinking already. Best wishes! -
Late June Sleeve Buddies?
chycky replied to Maggie143's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hey there I do the Greek yogurt the oikos triple zero for low carb and high protein. I agree with @@ShelterDog64 try to mix it up with eggs. I am into poached right now but like scrambled with a little cheese, turmeric or hot sauce. -
Constipated. What the heck.
chycky replied to madisunshine1's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@@RhondaF I can't imagine that something like benefited would not be better than medications daily does he mean start fiber foods or fiber supplements? Obviously listen to your team. I have had all the options available since one week post op but have only used benefiber since the first extreme need after needing an enema. -
Constipated. What the heck.
chycky replied to madisunshine1's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Benefiber every day. Every day. And for the emergency now or before you take it an enema. Do it once and you won't forget your fiber! -
When can I drink through a straw?
chycky replied to mommafranz's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The bendy straw distinction may be my favorite so far! My surgeon is a no straw person, at hospital I was served liquids with straw. I don't drink with them but have without thinking once or twice. No problems I think it makes easier to sip than some Water bottles. -
Congrats! Thanks for sharing your inspiration!

List of necessities and pricing
chycky replied to Jane1979's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Good food scale is critical. I bought some two ounce sized containers as well. Amazon is great for almost everything you will need and makes it easy to shop around. I bought both my personal scale and food scale based on recommendations on this forum and Amazon reviews. I also get Best Buy on Isopure at Amazon and premier at costco. Here are scales
