  3. I was sleeved on the 12th of July. I should have been out of the hospital by now but my doctor says Iam not getting enough water down. I need to get 60 ounces in, but everytime I swallow, even the smallest amount, my stomache goes into cramps. It's hard to get that much water in, when Every time you swallow it feels like a punch in the stomache or lower intestine. When I swallow the liquid, it goes immediately to my stomache. Anybody else having this problem or does anyone else know what could be going on? I'd really appreciate your answers. I want to get out of the hospital and continue my journey. Thanks! 15. So, the day before surgery on the sleeve, were supposed to choose clear liquids? Does that mean no sugarfree popcycles and sugarfree jello? I was under the impression we could have sugarfree popcycles and Jello and Crystal light Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  16. Don't forget to drink lots of water. I had the worst constipation on my life. If this happens to you, you can get some citrate...and a few other things. I wish i would have known there were thing out there for constipation relief...i really suffered. It's ans embarrassing subject, but one that needs to be talked about. You can also get miralax and put it in your protein shake.. Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. It's me again, lol. This has really been a journey as Ianm battling one thing after another. I've been on the 2week pre op liquid diet, drinking 6 premeir shakes, eating sugarfree jello and sugarfree popcycles. I was doing beef broth from cubes but was told by my doc to stop. Too much salt. It's confusing, because I have been researching like crazy and I are sites that say you actually need salt, but how much? I have been severely constipated to where it almost comes out but goes back in, I know gross.... I had 1 bowel movement but it to everything out of me to push, sweating, shaking, crying. I keep trying and trying to go, up all night trying, all day, homebound. My surgery is coming up soon, in a week. I have take 2 stool softners last night, and 2 fiber pills. Today I took liquid magnesium citrate dulox suppository and finally when i took the fleet suppository, I had a little luck. Kind of watery stool, but not much came out as expected. I've been drinking lots of water and one doctor told me that after a while, it doesn't matter on the amount of water... I've tried so many things, and not getting much success. Any information you could give me would sure be appreciated I'm starting to wonder if this surgery is ever going to happen... Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
