Thankyou for your feedback. I can't eat anything but shakes. I need to quit coffee too. I always put a lot of milk in my coffee. Like 1/4 cup. I am going to try caffeine free herbal teas. I just started the 2 week shake diet before surgery. I don't know if I can do this! Iam about ready to rip anybody's head off!!! I'm hungry and Iam starting to get a bad headache. Is or has anyone else experienced this? I need to do this. I have come so far... Also, has anyone else had a problem because of large tonsils? Iam worried about them trying to get that thing down my throat during surgery. I had arthroscopic surgery for my knee and when I woke up, I couldn't swallow, breath or speak. It really scared me. Hi, I ve been waiting a year, all of the sudden, Iam approved. Surgery in e weeks! I went to the class but should have spoke to the Dietician. I know Ian supposed to have shakes for 2 weeks, but what am I supposed to eat the week before? Also, Iam not going to have any support when I get out. Just me and my dog.
