Hello!!! I am very happy that I did this, no regrets for me yet! I have lost 30 pounds for the first month, and I'm still learning my new sleeve. I have been back to work for 2 weeks with no problem. I have been walking like a crazy person, with this bad knee as much as possible. I get to start swimming next week and I'm very excited about that. First month down and the rest of my life to Go!!!

They gave me a prescription for Colace and it never worked for me. The Brown Cow does and you have no cramping or anything like that.

I had my surgery on June 1st and have lost 30 pounds so far for the month. Had my first appointment with my doctor since surgery yesterday. I am 5'2 1/2" , SW 254 CW 224. He was very proud of me, and told me I make him look good! ????

The hospital gave me paperwork when I left on how to make a Brown Cow!!! It's Phillips Milk of magnesium and prune juice--mixed together. You will go!

I promise you--there is nothing to worry about! I had surgery on 6.1.16 and had no problems. I know how you feel, that you don't know what's going to happen on the other side. It's going to be fine!!! Breath and Relax, No Regrets here. I've been averaging a pound a day since surgery and I'm now down 17 pounds. Fight for It, it's so worth it on the other side of the surgery door! Worth It!!!

I was weight at my last pre-op appointment and was 254! I weighted myself today and I weigh 243.8. Not bad. I'm waiting until more of this gas and fluids come off of me before I call it.

I'm still on the full liquid diet with Vitamins and lots of walking! I had a hard night last night from the pain, but other than that I'm doing alright! My follow up appointment is set for June 24, so staying on track unlit I know something different.

The surgery took about 2 hours and in recovery when I woke and headed to my room. I'm home finally and had a rough morning because I'm off the morphine drip. But I took the pain reliever medicine they gave me and I'm feeling much better now. Working at my schedule now getting my Vitamins in my Water in my pro team in as been up working since 7 AM. Hope everything else is having a good day congratulations to my gym and sisters in the sleeve we did it!!!!
