Hey there! I'm doing well; how are you doing? I started back working yesterday but this week I'm at home-thankfully! I had been down 13.5 but then Aunt Flo showed up, that bish, so I gained some water weight. She's gone and took the water and 3 more pounds. Yippee! So 2 weeks out, I'm down 16.5. Not great but good! Have you taken it a little easier, i hope? I cannot wait til mushies; I am sooooo sick of shakes!

Hey hun! No I'm not having bad gas pains, thankfully. Did you walk much at the hospital? What are you eating/drinking now?

I did clear liquids yesterday and was majorly cranky! I had a headache and my stomach growled all day!! I haven't had anything today yet but I'm definitely less miserable. I thought about you off and on yesterday and am thinking about you now! I hope you're doing OK in the hospital. :smile:

OMG 10 vials of blood? Don't tell me that! My pre-op is Monday which is a holiday for us so yippee! I'm going to work Tues and then be on vacay Wed (since I have to be up so early) and to get everything squared away... AND I AM GOING TO VOTE - WOOHOO!!! I wish the election were over already; I'm tired of discussing it and tired of arguing! Ack!

Oh and PS - funny that I just read your Palin comment. I am currently in the process of putting together an email to 2 Republican gf's explaining why I despise Sarah Palin. I had dinner with a friend from college and her hubby. She looked at me like I had 3 heads and said, "are you a Democrat? Is Cindy (another friend from college) a Democrat?" I said, "uh yes, Lori." I wish I'd said, "It's not a DISEASE, Lori." Please God, let this election be over!!!

I agree with yettia about your being inspirational! Besides the fact that I'm um 7 years older, we have very similar stats. I hope to get banded next month so I too will be wearing a *small* gorgeous dress!! :-)
