@@donya4859 What time is your surgery tomorrow? I have to be there at 6:00 am for surgery at 7:30. My husband will drop me off then he has to take our grandson for his driving test and he has a doctor appointment at 12:30 then he will come back to the hospital. I hope to be all sleeved and hopefully not too sick or in too much pain by then.

I asked my surgeon about this the morning after my surgery. He told me I could take smaller pills one at a time and break up larger ones.

I'm headed home. Went great. I can feel that my band is gone. Thank goodness. I haven't been able to burp since having my band placed. Well since Wednesday I keep burping. It's a very satisfying feeling. We will have too see how it goes from here. Thanks everyone for the support.

I picked up some WonTon broth from the local Chinese take out and let me tell you after 6 days of sweet, it is deliciously salty!!

So I was here at 6:00 am this morning. Went in for surgery at 7:30 and woke up SLEEVED about 10:30. My surgeon came in just a bit ago and said my stomach wall wasn't too thick from the band. He also said I will be on Clear liquids about 2 weeks and not to push it because the area of the stomach at the top where the band was will end a little more time. I'm not In too much pain, no nausea.
I guess that $130 pill worked. And I AM SLEEVED!

Me too!! Nervous! Making a pot of Soup tonight for after I get home....have my bag packed except for my pillow and tablet...still need to pick up Biotene after work today....I think I'm ready!

Well tomorrow is the start of my new life. I'm nervous and scared but ready for a new me.
