Had scrambled eggs for the first time post-op today. It went down just fine and there were no problems. Thank goodness! This is a big step toward "normalizing" eating a little bit.

The only explanation for some of tonight's stuff would be poltergeists, but Halloween is still a week off and we're months from April Fools.

I did my first 5K this morning with my granddaughter!!! It was a blast and I finished 9th in my age group! There were over 450 people registered!!

Picked up the two most gorgeous apples at the store today. I got moved on to fruit (and lunchmeat) a little over a week ago. I've been too afraid to try it until now. Going to peel them (which is a shame because I love the skin, but I've seen so many of you comment on issues with the skin) and split it with my other half. Mmmmm apples.

Last day of work before surgery!!! It's hard to believe it's almost time!

Resorted to some refried beans at Taco Bell for a meal, no time to go home to get something. I would guess I ate about 65% of it, but it's sitting real heavy in there! A little thicker than what my stomach is used to!

There was a big fight at the seafood restaurant.... three fish got battered.

So my work pants are getting looser but not so loose that I have to pitch them, except for the fact they're now about 4" too long!!! Not worth hemming because by next week I'd have to ditch them anyway. I didn't realize my girth was taking up length. ::headdesk::

hi every one!! so i always had the flu shot, after a year ad few months after my surgery i went to get it and now i gotten 2 colds with bad cough, maybe it was not a good idea since we weaker immune system
