3 month checkup yesterday, doc is pleased. Lost a little bit of muscle mass, need to get more serious about protein and exercise. Otherwise, things are going great. Waiting on labwork about vitamins.

Had 3 garlic parmesean wings at TGI Fridays... wing dings at that! Lets just say the next 20-30 minutes for me will be real unpleasant. FOAMIES

I "only" lost 3 pounds this week so I knew that I should have a decent inches week. I've been doing ab and arm exercises. My arm and waist measurements are both up a little (and slightly sore) but I lost 3.75 inches! Also blood pressure issues are definitely a thing of the past, this morning I was 110/87 with a heart rate of 78. I've intentionally increased my calories to get me over 800 calories and making sure to hit my 64 oz fluid goal. Yesterday was my best fluid day yet at 114 oz!

I'm sitting here in my 36DDD from VS. I never ever thought I would be a 36 band, 38 as always my dream. If I never get my skin removed on the sides, I will easily be a 32 or a 34.

Dang you! I've spent way too much time tonight looking at belly band holsters. I can't wear my old shoulder holster under my new work shirts because the holster shows through my white shirts. We also aren't allowed to carry at work but I have daily for years. I feel naked without my firearm at work.

I don't think I will ever get used to shopping in the non-plus sized section of the store. I hate that I feel like a fraud in the normal sized section too. Guess the only way to get over that is to keep up the shopping habit:)

My .38 has a hammer and the 3" barrel. When the LCR first came out I liked it but I really didn't care for the hammer less double action only as I like to have a well rounded firearm. We the original LCR it had a 1 7/8" barrel and beyond 50 yards it was tough to hit a 6" grouping. When the LCRx came out with a hammer and a 3" barrel I was in love!
