Sex after Gastric Sleeve..
highfunctioningfatman replied to TanishaP's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
We played around on day 2, took it slow and easy on day 5 and day 8 or 9 was like teenagers in the back of a mustang but without the mustang. -
Tired of no #2
highfunctioningfatman replied to QueenOfTheTamazons's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Half of a large Wendy's chili 2-3 times a week. 125 cal, 11 carb, 11 protein and enough fiber to keep me going. -
OK... so be honest with me...

I've definitely gained 2 inches of visible wood and it is quite useful for fun as well! -

I agree 100%! This is also the first belt that I've liked in quite awhile. I'm currently in the last hole and I will be breaking out the drill and drill bits shortly because honestly my belt is more of a decoration at this point. I was able to slide my hand into my pants without issue to adjust my underwear (which are now too large as well) without thinking about it yesterday. I guess that means that the pants are a bit too big as well! -
Measurements
highfunctioningfatman replied to cmccain's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I measure every weekend. I do chest, stomach, waist, biceps, thighs and calfs. Since my pre op on 8/19 I've lost 26 inches. -
Compression wear, cheap and nice
highfunctioningfatman replied to Aggiemae's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I don't need fast access as much as I need concealment. I would have to wear something like that, an under shirt and a dress/uniform shirt. I wear white shirts for work since we changed logos and company colors. My old shoulder holster is now visible under my shirt. I would like to maintain positioning to my left side at breast height or over my left breast where is would be behind my shirt pocket. -

If that waist trainer wasn't an hourglass shape for women it would make the perfect solution for a mounting point for an in the waistband firearm holster without "printing" the firearm. Hmmm. -
Looking great! I love the shirt!

How did WLS effect your marriage...

The problem is that you have to find a man who can keep up with you. I'm a very happy husband and my friends are jealous and envious by they also admit that they couldn't do what we do. Without getting into too much detail, I hit my 20% of my total weight goal today and my reward involves my wife, a naughty outfit, candles and the great outdoors. I mentioned that I hit my goal and my coworkers are aware of our "reward" system and they asked for what it is and I gave them the details that they asked for. The guys were envious but said that there is no way. The girls (who know my wife) were asking can you really do that? I can now! Thanks VSG! -

Do you miss food?
highfunctioningfatman replied to KaiserKid's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I still love food. Last night we had family over and my sweetie and I made shrimp stuffed poblano peppers with refried beans. We stuffed the peppers with shrimp, red, orange and yellow bell pepper, onion and spices. We also made a cilantro yogurt sauce buy thinning the yogurt with non fat milk. I don't miss food at all. It is now a fun challenge to make it bariatric friendly. -
BIGGEST NSV yet!
highfunctioningfatman replied to highfunctioningfatman's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Thanks! I have no problem talking about anything and everything. Yes the roids are gone! I increased my Fiber and made sure to camp in the bathroom (much to the dismay of my coworkers) until the poop comes out instead of trying to power poop and get back to work. -
Lost, Feeling Lower Than Snake Wizz, Huge Fail On My Part
highfunctioningfatman replied to ChunkyChicTrying's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
It is refreshing to see some admit that THEY screwed up. You didn't blame anyone, say that you cheated or say that you couldn't help yourself. So truly, thank you and good luck! -
How much money to take
highfunctioningfatman replied to Apatterson1991b's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
It depends on if you want to do any shopping. We had $300 set aside and only spent $60 on a necklace for my wife. -
How much weight did you loose before people started noticing?

Does anyone else plan and celebrate mini goals?
highfunctioningfatman replied to QueenOfTheTamazons's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
We don't have the money to reward with stuff either and that is ok. What we do is set mini goals and rewards together. We are quite sexually adventurous and active so all of the rewards revolve around sex. So far it has been different positions or locations. I hit 250 today and there was a little reward but 249 is 20% of my total weight gone and there is something extra planned for that. By my wife and I both planning and setting the "rewards" we are both just as eager and excited for me to reach the next goal. -
Do you miss food?
highfunctioningfatman replied to KaiserKid's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I still love food but I look at it much differently than from before. I went to Wendy's yesterday and the menu didn't quite look the same. I saw carb, carb, hell no!, carb, maybe if I changed that... Foods got us all here one way or another and my choices dictate my success. -
Dental work before surgery?
highfunctioningfatman replied to Marie1120's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
What about getting the dental work done in Mexico while you are there? Dental is much cheaper down there. Do the dental on Monday and surgery Tuesday. I know that the team that I worked with would have no problem with helping out a patient for something like that. -
I have that same problem with my phone. I type it up in email and copy and paste it here. I still can't see it but it posts correctly.

When I'm pooping I'm losing. When I'm not pooping the scale doesn't want to move.
