  1. Get PROFESSIONAL Help! In support group I met a woman who started drinking wine and became an alcoholic. She lost her husband and children in 2 years of this addiction and decided to attend AA Meetings to reestablish a relationship with her children. In the AA Meetings she polled the people and found out 15 in the group had WLS. 1 DIED a slow miserable death. So her warning to us was NEVER drink, it can cost you everything. He told me to get 40 oz of liquid in me, including meals. Protein scoops with coconut water( 3x a day 12oz) Protein with bone broth (4 oz) Isopure flavored Protein Drink half bottle with added Protein powder (10 oz) popsicles (4oz) and Water for whatever I'm lacking. I hope this helped a bit. Congrats on making the choice for a healthy life!

  16. Today is my 1st day of my pre op liquid diet. I had a Protein shake with greek yogurt and coconut Water for Bfast. Home made vegetable broth for lunch and a SF popsicle. A Green drink with hemp protein for a snack and a Protein Shake with almond milk for dinner with a half cup of SF Jello. I drank 12 8oz cups of water. I had worked out for 40 min doing cardio and I'm afraid I've created this headache that won't go away. Is the headache from heat, exercise exertion or lack of food? Has anyone overcome this feeling. I don't want to think I'll have this headache until after surgery. ...please help? Thank you!
