Maybe it sound dumb, but i was banded 11/08/05 i have lost :clap2: 37lb.:clap2: So far so good, but till last sunday i start with walking (exercise). Today i feel like its not really pain, but my port hurts a little. Is this normal?

i hope you guys can understand my English, i know that it is bad. Port is where the doctor make the fill? I'm so sorry for this questions.

I have the same problem as you tina. But I think we have to eat slowly and bites smaller pieces. What do you eat? I eat fish all the time, but still i'm vomit.
