Mine is the 14th. I have been big pretty much all my life and I love to eat I've been doin this liver reduction diet and have messed up a lot so I have 2weeks to do it right

Ok can I give both of you some advice plz, I am 2 wks post surgery. My surgery went well and I didn't have any complications but a few days after I got home I had a melt down, because I had to find things to do instead of eating and when having to do that I realized how much time out of my day I actually took to eat, snack and pick. So what i have been doing is walking every time I use to eat so plz come up with a plan for when you are missing food and even the taste of food, I miss flavor so much but Iv lost 20pds in two weeks and it's been worth it. So remember what I'm saying plz because I wish I would have had this advice. good luck to all of you
