  1. Surgeons all say different things it seems. There is no real gold standard. I think a lot of it depends on your weight, blood profile, Vitamin deficiency's, etc. We are all different. It probably would not hurt to have a complete blood panel done and go from there. My surgeon told me the other day to take 2 Flintstone chewables a day. That's it. I also take Vit D3, Iron and B12 supplements.< br>

I had this for awhile. They sent me shakes and Vitamins covered by my insurance!

  2. My Vitamin prescription is SUPER expensive to fill. They want like $389 for the vitamin B nasal spray, but then they throw in the chewable multi vitamin and the chewable Calcium. What a deal huh! Lol. But it's super expensive and I just can't afford it. Even with my insurance and the coupon it still is $289. Any suggestions?

  3. Hello All,
Glad I found this thread. I have also gain a little weight back and scared that I'm going to regain all my weight back. I have gain 10 pounds because of careless eating; I am a known stress eater. I know if I do not take control now, my regain will only get worse. I recently gave up chewing gum and notice that I have been substituting my gum chewing for carbs. I will try my hardest to start on Tuesday; it's going to be hard because we are having chips and all kinds of dips at work. I recently bought a treadmill and did great for about 2 weeks [emoji20]. I think having a support group that knows what I am going through would benefit me in my new start.
    Thanks in advance!

Good luck!! I'm right here with ya!

  4. I'm having a horrible start at this sleeve. I've thrown up every day since surgery and have been to the ER several times for nausea and dizzy spells. I was finally given a PICC line because my body showed to be dehydrated and in starvation mode. It's so so hard to drink anything!!! After taking a few sips of anything I feel like I need to burp, or I feel like it's all coming back up, or I get the hiccups. Is this normal? I haven't eaten in 3 days because I'm scared I'll throw it up. I'm not too worried about the eating part right now because I have the nutrient bags going in me through the PICC line. It's the drinking fluids that's so hard. When does this go away??? I'm also in the liquids stage at this point.

As far as prescriptions for nausea goes, I've been prescribed reglan, Zofran, and promethazine, and nothing is working.
