Dealing with a weird bout of insomnia all of a sudden. Can't sleep, for the life of me...wide awake all night.

I'm happy to report the guy who is my trainer is awesome. He's worked with WLS patients before. And while he hasn't had anyone with auto-immune, he understands the need to progress very slowly. I'm glad I didn't cancel tonight, I actually started feeling a little better after getting myself moving and am glad I met up with him.

Managed to gain a pound on my first day of liquids yesterday - I am blaming sodium. Planning on drinking tons of water today - I have my preop appt tomorrow with my surgeon and he will not be happy (and neither will I) if my weight is up!

Just had about 10 vials of blood drawn for pre-op! One step closer...

18 days until my surgery - it seems weird to say I can't wait to have surgery - wish I could fast forward to the recovery part.

Thoiught that I would be going into the weekend with a surgery date - insurance company called and said nope, your file is going for a second review. I swear, this process can make you crazy!

@KristenLe They did not. I honestly don't understand it. I went through my policy again and between me and the doctor we have met everyone of the requirements spelled out in the policy. They said the second review can take 7-14 days, which will be just long enough to bump me out of the window that I need for my surgery, I am sure.

Finally hit 150! Pounds lost I mean. I'll probably never hit 150 for real. And I'm okay with that! =D

Okay, I weigh everyday, always have always will!!....Just wondering if I'm the only one who gets up in the morning hops on the scale sees a little loss....like this morning .08 down....and it makes you do a little victory dance??? It's just a great way to start your day!....Happy Friday everyone!!!

Just got the call that insurance approved! Finally! One less thing to stress about right now. All systems are go for VSG on June 17th!

Only lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I have not cheated once since surgery. Seriously folks, wouldn't you be pissed and/or disappointed too?

Just found out I can't have kids. Miss food so much right now. I almost regret surgery because I really want to curl up in a dark room and binge until I pop.
