They want me to have 80 ounces a day...Right now I am prob only drinking 60...

As of right now I am eating maybe 100 cal. a day if that... most likely less...I am drinking mostly just crystal light and half a cup of protein shake 3 times a day. I just started eating broth yesterday. As far as hungry I don't if it is my mind but I think about food all the time and I do get very hungry as well.

I had my sleeve june 27th...I was not hungry for a week after surgery...Now I am literally starving...I dream about food I am so hungry...I have lost 18 lbs since surgery which is nice but I am slightly regretting it...I just hope the outcome will be worth it in the end...I can't wait till I can eat a normal meal again...Also can anyone tell me when the started exercising after surgery..I know that will help me drop it faster...One more question anyone have any tips on a good broth to use because they all have so much sodium.

It is getting better yesterday i kind of felt hungry. The weight is coming off. lol i still have not gone to bathroom....im assuming thats normal... the doctor said the pain i have may be from not moving bowels. It is my birthday today...its a sucky one but thats okay! I am starting to get bored and restless though...which means I must be almost healed!

Please take the shots - it's too dangerous not to. the prob is the shots are 950dollars

4 days out now last couple days were a blur...i am still drinking crystal light. i get full if i drink it too fast. Tomorrow i will start shakes. pain isn't too bad just tight in my chest. they gave me blood thinner shots i am not taking them, i am walking every hour I'm up. i am getting bored of resting i know i should a couple more days.ill get hungry for a min then it goes away...

Is it normal to not want food at all it is hard to drink a bottle of water

yes it is very uncomfortablee my back and stomach hurt the nauseous feeling sucks. as far as payment my cobra takes effect next week. all money i spent will be reimbursed. how long till i feel normal again thats the question

hi everyone I did it. It was quick happened fat. still in pain. well worth it. Mostly insides are sore dr said I did amazing just got home now. I am ready for my new life. Any question feel free to ask! thanks for all the support!

I would hate to be turned away today...I did all preop things and took all my medicines. I would assume they would call me to before I came in...There is still time for them to call me. I just need to have it today or I cannot have it all. My coverage since I am turning 26 july 1st ends. So if they turn me away today...I have no chance. I swear the stress from all this is making me sick. I just want to know already.

I hope it slips thru...It is so nerve racking waiting like this.

Well I have been ready and waiting for surgery so excited...Yesterday I went to pick up my prescriptions and they tell me I do not have health insurance...I am under my dads plan and he quit his job me and him are not on good terms. I do not know what to do now. I am just going to show up tomorrow for surgery act like I do not know. i am scared that they will try and verify Insurance one more time before surgery. Anyone know If they check insurance again before surgery...I am scheduled for 2;30 pm

Spend from 7-4 at my prep visit today...met with nurses and surgeon one last time before surgery on the 27th...It sucks because surgery is at 5 pm! Almost here though...I don't think I have ever been this nervous ever! Anyone else june 27th?

I am getting more and more anxious and terrified! June 27th is coming so fast...All my blood work is cleared just told me to add some additional Vitamins...pre op day is wed. June 22! I am very worried thinking of everything that could go wrong.

I went for my weigh in...I was 377 on the 26th of may...I am now 359! I stuck to liquid diet and they said my surgery is still scheduled for the 27th...She said if I didn't lose weight this weigh in they were going to cancel me completely..I just need to lose another 10 before the 22...As my own goal..

That is true..I was only required to lose at least 8 lbs before this coming friday. I am also positive I exceeded that goal. I have to lose a total of 20-30 lbs before my pre op day of june 22...includes the previous required 8 lbs...wish me luck

I am just curious if it is normal to lose over 16 lbs in 10 days on liquid diet...I just feel like my scale is broken...lol how is it possible?

Yes thank you. I am just worried my scale is broken...I don't see how I lose that much weight so fast...I have 3 scales and they all say my the same weight give or take a lbs...my last weigh in I went in with the weight off my scale and it was 7 lbs off...I weighted myself at doctors and on my scales at home they are all the same...I just wonder if its normal to lose that much weight so fast.

I posted earlier how My surgery was moved because I didn't lose enough weight before the time. Well I have been on liquid diet for about 2 weeks now and have lost 16 lbs! I called my surgeon and asked if they could move my surgery back to original day they said no...I do not feel it is fair...first I was not told I had to lose any specific amount of weight before surgery then my surgeon changed it before I even was able to official start my diet...My original date was june 17 they moved it back to the 27. I just don't think they are being fair...Rant over. lol

I have no idea why they won't give me the chance I've been on the liquid diet for 2 days and already lost 7 lbs!
