  8. Well I am preparing myself to start my liquid diet and by doing that I have been on a diet of my own. I cut back all sugar drinks, gatorade, iced tea, soda even milk. I also stopped eating late at night before bed I am down 10 lbs just in a week by doing that alone! I also cut my portions down. I am always hungry but I think it will get better...I am just keeping myself busy. I do notice I have been sleeping WAY better. Its crazy how food and what we eat can have such a impact of how we feel. That is all I have to say for now lol
  9. Today is my one year surgiversary. I started out 200 lbs overweight and lost 180 lbs in one year. So, yes, it's possible. It all depends on you. It doesn't matter which surgery you get. You can't rely on it alone to do the work for you. It's just a tool so you have to use it wisely and correctly. Wow congrats! I plan on doing everything I can to get in better shape...I have a common question do you have extra skin?
