  1. Sorry to hear about your loss. And know that God makes no mistakes when he calls our loves ones home. Just as surely as we are born we have to return back to him. Your love for your grandmother will always be in your heart Ned remember the good times that you shared with her. Her soul is gone but her spirit will always be with you. Our struggles and weakness is those things that we have to renew our minds over. So yes renewing your mind is finding things to help us to overcome so enjoy the movie with a healthy snack.< /p>

  2. I had the surgery about a year and a half now. I was very excited because I wanted and needed to have the surgery for medical reasons and I wanted to live a more healthier life. The day of my surgery I was all perky and ready, I prayed to God and surrendered it all to him. My husband was more nervous than I was. When my Pastor and First Lady came they said you are all smiles. I went in at 294 and I am currently at 174. I still have about 20 more lbs to go so back to a liquid diet and exercise. I went from a size 26 to 16. It is my goal to get to a 12-14. I say get excited it is a milestone to lose the weight. You will feel better and look better. At times when I walk I feel really light on my feet. The greatest reward from this is that I am no longer on all that medication anymore.
