I had lap band surgery in 2011 and was very successful, going from about 244 to 157 at my lowest. Unfortunately I kept it off for about 5 minutes and slowly crept back up to where I was preop. I have emotional eating issues and I know that. I have seen a therapist the majority of the time since surgery. It's a constant battle and I'm so disgusted with myself for being back here again. My question is, should I even consider the revision to sleeve? Is there any reason to think I'd be more successful at keeping the weight off??

Thanks for your input! I am looking into it with my surgeon and insurance. Still not decided but your post is encouraging! Congrats on your success so far and good luck!
