So many mixed emotions. But I am mostly excited. I looked forward to starting a new journey to health and happiness.
I know 100% that the sleeve will compliment my current attempts to lose weight and that in itself is so motivating.

Awesome effort. You look great. What kind of exercise do you do? I'm am due to be sleeved 26/5. Really worried about having the energy for things like weight training and ultimately running, bootcamp style training.
What does your daily diet consist of?

Some good points, but at the end of the day it is a wholistic lifestyle change. It isn't the answer for everything.
