Thanks so much for the replying and advice so it sounds like some of what I am going through is common. I'm just gonna keep my fingers crossed and hope for better days soon.
Yes my doctor did tell me I need to eat more and that it will make me feel better. So I'm trying.

Thanks. I really do need to increase my Water and Protein it's just really hard but to get to my goal I need to do what I need to do but thanks for the encouraging words
