  1. Why would your Dr say no to a fill?

  2. By the way.. your pics look amazing. If I had a stomach like that, I would not do ps. I am looking in to a tummy tuck/ breast life with possible implants right now.

  3. Hi, I have viewed your profile over the last year and a half of my journey. Your posts, pictures are so inspiring. I too run. I was never a runner pre band, and actually hated it. I started with the couch to 5k program and never looked back. How much do you run, how far etc.. I run about 4 miles 3-4 times per week, but have been having some problems with pain in my ankle bone. Running is def rough on the joints. Have you had any problems? I do strength training a couple times per week, and aerobics/elliptical other days. I have recently been reading about strengthening the hips. Do you think that will help. I have been running for about 9 mos, and can't seem to get passed the 4 mile mark, and just seem to be stale. Not really getting any better, just staying in the same place. Any advice?? I absolutely love running, and believe it is def helping me keep my weight down.

  4. No restriction here after my first fill. Most people do not have restriction after the first fill or the 2nd. It usually takes like 3-4 with the realize to get restriction. You are doing fabulous!

  5. You look incredible!

  6. I enjoyed all your photos. You're beautiful. I asked if you had a tummy tuck, but then viewed the pictures where it said you had. Did you have anything else done. You have like no sagging skin on your arms, and your legs. Did you get anything done to your legs. You look amazing. What an inspiration! Thanks for sharing.

  7. Hi, I was looking at your before/after photos. The are amazing! You look incredible. Did you have any kind of plastic surgery after your weight loss, like a tummy tuck , etc...

  8. There, I think that's better. :-)

  9. Hi Gina, How are you doing?

  10. Feeling much better today, Thank you. My surgeon told me to take some Advil, which I thought was weird, but it worked. It took down the inflammation. I feel so much better. Today I got out for a little while, and only took one nap rather than sleeping all day. HAHAHHA

  11. Hi, I was banded yesterday. I was in terrible pain all last night, and this morning. I ended up having a hiatal hernia repaired as well. I finally called my surgeon. He said I could take some advil. That actually helped a lot. I thought that was weird because they tell you not to take anti inflammatory products. That did give me some relief from the pain. The paid meds they gave me were not working. How are things with you?

  12. I was searching on the forums on how to get rid of the pain. I haven't had my surgery yet, it's Sept 9, but I heard the gas pains are the worst. I thought maybe I could prepare myself, and I came upon your post. Have you gotten any relief, or any other tips. I hope you're feeling better soon. BTW, I'm from CT too. I grew up in E. Hartford, and my whole family stills lives there. Just came back a couple weeks ago. I live in VA now. I wish you the best of luck with your lap journey.
