I'm four weeks out and still have foggy moments. I'm getting enough Protein but almost no carbs. After eating the Protein I just don't have room for carbs. Can anyone give me some ideas on good carbs to try. I'm still limited to certain foods but that should end in a few more weeks.

My sleeve was done March 24 of this year and I am 65. My doctor told me most doctors make 64 their cut-off but he understood that my previous insurance wouldn't cover it. Medicare covers it and with my supplemental insurance it's costing me nothing. Although my energy levels aren't what I'd like, I'm feeling really good. I'm off my diabetes meds and probably will be off b/p meds soon. My attitude is that I would ha e had a miserable life and an early death if I didn't do this. Good luck to you!
