I don't even mind the hair loss if I hadn't stopped losing weight. I've always had really thick hair. But it has been a month with no weight loss. A month!
I use a Multivitamin patch a day and supplement with Biotin for my hair.

I realize we all have stalls and most of us experience Hair loss, but it seems unfair to go through both at the same time. I feel like I will not lose anymore weight or ever reach Onederland.

Offer to help the hostess and your not eating will go unnoticed.

I'm sure the settlement will more than pay for your surgery.

Try Baritastic. You can do body measurements, progress pictures and eat/drink timers.

I had sleeve surgery on 03/24/16 and I feel great! HW 253. SW 236. CW 208. I was walking most days until we started flooding here in Houston, and I have not gotten back to working out.
I haven't had any problems from day one. I even questioned if the surgeon really did anything because I didn't have any nausea or problems meeting my intake goals.
I get between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day, high Protein low carb.

I didn't use True Results. I had surgery at North Cypress Medical Center, a hospital off of 290 and Huffmeister. I spent the night in the hospital and had to have a leak test in Radiology before I was given liquids and released.

I buy them already boiled and peeled. Both Kroger and HEB sell them and they don't even stink up the fridge!

At your stage, I ate the Laughing Cow soft cheese. They come in several flavors and are a small triangle of a serving.

Dr. St. Laurent did my sleeve 8 weeks ago. I think he and his office staff are great! He is very honest and realistic with you about options and results. Be sure to take advantage of the support group offered by his staff once a month.

You can set your calories in My Fitness Pal. I changed mine to 1,000 calories and also adjusted the Protein, carb and fat ratios for a more high protein, low carb diet.

Do you mind sharing the cost of your surgery, since you paid out of pocket?
