I only had about a week after. I pay my 1700 in October when I get my EGD. Everything's been going pretty quickly with me. I hope things turn out well for you.

I'm glad your seminar went well. I had my appt with Jeannie about a week and a half later. Then the next month I started my supervised diet. It will come quickly. I'm done with my Supervised diet on October 3rd. So excited!

The sleep apnea test is where you stay overnight in the hospital in a sleep lab and they have sensors all over you and they watch you on camera to see if you have problems breathing while sleeping etc. The sleep apnea won't go against you because it's a comorbid. If you end up having it it can actually help you get approved.

Hehe I got both your visitor messages. I am doing well trying to finish up all this crap to do for doctors etc. I will be in bandland in November.

Guess what! 6 month diet is over October 3rd! Paperwork gets faxed to insurance October 6th! Preop diet is starting toward the end of October. I just have to finish these last 2 tests next week and then get an EGD in October. Lapband land here I come! Oh and I lost half a lb LOL not much to be proud of but I am super excited about everything else.

Lol I was down .5 lb. Wowwwww. She said I will probably stay around the same weight until surgery. I have 2 more weigh ins next one is September 16th then October 3rd then on October 6th my paperwork gets sent into insurance. after that the post op and stuff begins!

I'm sorry I let you know so late. I don't want to jinx everything going so well now. Plus I haven't been coming online as much. I blame that on someone on this site that I cannot ignore, though I want to.

Did I tell you we worked out the appts? All of the appts my pulmonologist wanted are in September. Well 1 of them was in August. August 25th was 3 different catscans: a Sinus CT, a High Resolution Chest CT and a Contrast Chest CT. On Setember 5th I have my Asthma test at 11am to 1pm. At 1pm I have my next weigh in. September 11th at 8:15 I have to be at the hospital for a sleep study through 6:30 AM the next morning. September 12th at 10:00 AM is another set of breathing tests. September 25th at 3:30PM is my clearance appt. with the pulmonologist. Sometime around the 3rd week of September will be final weigh in for month 5 then I start month 6 stuff and preop in weeks after that.

Meh, I guess I am okay. I am still worried and frustrated. I don't think I will stop worrying until I finish it all. I don't want all this crap to interfere with my surgery being in November.
