Dehydration? If you aren't getting your fluids in, can usually get IV fluids.

I had my VGS surgery this morning. Everything went great.
The gas pain is no joke but it's manageable. So far my incision pain is low. I've been on several walks....for me walking is less painful than laying in bed or sitting in the chair.
