Sure enough, I'm off the liquid phase and I am dropping a 1/2 to a pound a day. You guys hang in there.

This was very frustrating for me too. So I'll call my doctor and they told me that for the first six weeks is about healing your stomach and your body is in Starvation mode they told me that once I started taking in calories that I would start losing weight. They said that after the liquid phase of the doubt I would be on a thousand to 1200 calorie diet. And that's when the weight loss begins.
