Soda
I cant drink plain Water anymore and I definitely won't consider soda 4 weeks post op or even 6 months out. I buy alot of sugar free juices and also use the crystal light packets. Cherry pomegranite is really good. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

Stall and not even a month out?
I'm about 4 to 6 times a day. Definitely not more than that and definitely not more than 2 ounces. My huge problem is that I've always been a fast eater. I still am and boy when that pain hits in the middle of my chest I'm reminded to stop eating so fast. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

You need to go on the actual website to adjust the calories. You can't do it on the app. I did mine last night and I have it set at 1000 calories. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

No Energy!
I highly recommend that you track your food so your food so you KNOW whether or not you are getting in enough protein and fluids. Guessing doesn't do you any good. Getting in ALL of your protein and fluids is the number one priority and will help you heal. Honestly don't know how many calories I take in a day. If I have to guess I would say between 500-700. Protein, I get about 70ish. Carbs, less than 50. Water, maybe about 45-50oz. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
