Any soft food ideas?

My surgeon said I could switch to soft foods(2oz 3 times a day)after 4 weeks clear liquid and protein shakes.He had no other guidelines for me.any suggestions on what I can eat?

Smooshy scrambled eggs are those made with some milk. Greek yogurt (less than 5 g of sugar per serving like Dannon Light and Fit). A few spoonfuls of smashed potatoes (I like redskins and mash with the skins on for more potassium and vitamins) and I also use high protein Fairlife milk for the mashing, hummus, refried beans.
