I wanted a teaching surgeon to operate on me. Plus it was a very nice and clean hospital. I paid 9.5 for it but that included 3 days in a nearby hotel and The doctor comes to your room to check on you. I am very happy and I too was WAY depressed before surgery.

i have thought about that too. I think this is all about feeling like life has been passing me by all these years with me not being happy with myself, Now I am more confindant and I feel like I am not getting any younger and while I am still feeling somewhat young and attractive I want to LIVE again and ENJOY my sexlife.

If you dont feel a sensation to urinate then you arnt pressing firmly or you havent found the spot. I think it has something to do with the bottom of your bladder. I was in great shape when I was younger up til age 22 when I really put on weight. I would always have guys hitting on me.
