Hi, I'm on day 6 and I can't stand these shakes. I've never liked any Protein shakes or Protein Bar ever. Can I eat just plain egg whites or boiled chicken or turkey? My date is apr 26th.

At Walmart where the Peanut Butter is sold. It's like $5. Don't get the JIF brand. It's not nearly as good.

Is this too good to be true? For pre-op 2 weeks mixed with the shakes?? It takes like a chocolate Peanut Butter shake from sonic.

I go tomorrow to pick up the shakes the dr wants me to drink but I've been trying a ton of shakes and can only stomach the premier vanilla shakes but I have to dilute it with equal parts skim milk. I just can't stand the flavor. I'm worried about the one they want me to buy. Do u get to pick any shakes?

I have tried tons of Protein shakes and finally discover if I take the premier vanilla shakes and add equal amounts of skim milk, I can drink it without gagging. But that's the only one I can remotely swallow.

I'm not sure but I think it's 6 hours totally, apparently that's how he does all of his procedures (sleeve).

I'm concerned that everyone else stays in the hospital over night but Dr. Kim's is an out patient procedure. Any thoughts?

So sorry for everything u and ur family have gone thru. My heart goes out to you.
I've read where your sleeve is a tool and it's always there for u and u can shrink it back down. It takes about two to three weeks but it will get back to post surgery size. You can google it to find directions. It's similar to the post op diet but instead of 6 weeks it's more like 2-3 weeks. Hope that helps.
