I knew coffee was going to be my biggest struggle as well. I have always enjoyed 3 to 4 cups of Joe in the AM. I actually started weaning myself off the caffeine about 3 weeks ago. Has the Phoenix, AZ f2f support group been created? I sure would like to join. I am in Avondale. There seems to be quite a few of us within the West side of Phoenix. I would love to open a group for all the Phoenix area. I see the posts on here are quite old. I would not mind even hosting a group. Is there anyone else who would be interested in joining? I am in the Phoenix area. I had my first consult with Dr. Stevenson yesterday. He is out of Chandler. Very professional and his staff is great! Made me feel extremely comfortable. I am self pay (my insurance wont cover anything that is linked obesity).
