I am on 34 pounds down I think, 15,5kg. My weight loss has been pretty slow , I have definitely changed my mindset. I too eat too fast and I think my bites are too big
I get food stuck a lot then give up on a meal. Still have plenty to learn! I have 3,5ml in my 10ml band, not as easy as I thought it would be but it is a constant policeman. People are starting to notice which is a great feeling! Good luck!Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

My doctor is in Joburg, but I have a nurse here who does my fills. Had 3,5 done today and feel a bit bubbly too! Liquids for me today

Where in SA are you? I had to have unfill and desperately need to start over, petrified I am going to gain, my loss has been so slow!
I get that bubbly sensation if I am too full! I'm in PE so doctors are very far away!

Unfortunately your body goes into a different weight loss mode with the band, don't compare to before, you will go off your mind! The weight comes off, you just need to be patient. I remember thinking the very same thing
once you start eating you will lose steadily
