  3. I was scheduled for one night with my RNY. I had no surgery complications, but could not keep liquids down so spent an extra night. Felt great the following day! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  8. I was approved at 37 and day of surgery was 34.5 (the 14 day all liquid diet dropped me to under 35). My surgery was 4/4, and today I am 29.9! My high weight was 212; I am 5'3". Today I am 169. I feel great! I am off of three blood pressure meds and my blood sugars are stable. Hoping CPAP machine is next. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. Hi! My roux en y was 4/4. I've done well overall; I do tend to dump pretty easily, though. My Vitamins...ugh! Does anyone take these in pill form? I've only had chewable. I've tried a few different ones, but they all nauseate me and I end up throwing up. The actual thought of them right now made me dry heave. I wish I was kidding. This is surprising to me because I'm usually a suck-it-up kind of gal. Ideas? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. I'm on day 7 of 14 day liquid diet. I'm finding it SO hard to not substitute a piece of chicken for a shake, because I know it won't break ketosis. Ugh!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
