Wow where has the time gone. I started this crazy journey of mine in March at 401 lbs. I had surgery August 22, 2016 at 351 lbs. 6 weeks later I am 301 lbs. Total of 100 lbs and 50 since surgery. I haven't been able to eat a lot maybe two bites and that's a wrap. Each day is getting better and I wouldn't change a thing. Hope everyone is doing AWESOME!!!! God Bless.

They gave me a binder before I left the hospital yesterday. It helps with the bumps and pain some. Maybe the hospital can still give you one.

Thanks guys. The last few days have been full of pain and a big blur. I was discharged yesterday. Still in pain but taking my pain meds and gas x to help with the gas pains. Will keep you guys posted on my progress.

Thanks Angelica. My surgery date is 8/15. In the midst of preop diet now. So nervous and anxious. I was approved in about 5 days through Aetna. I still can't believe it.

With my insurance which is Aetna Choice Comprehensive PPO I had a choice of 3 or 6. I choice the 3 month. I started March 30th last appointment June 30th. End of program appointment with blood work July 6th. Submitted to insurance July 18th approved July 25. Didn't show history of 2 yr weight loss or anything. Just didn't gain weight and started walking everyday. My only thing was having to wait because my doc missed an appointment so had to resend information but once submitted it was approved. Surgery date 8/15

Hey I called insurance today and she said I can do FMLA for 8 days... thanks you guys for the info. I will just have to be unpaid for that week.

Well I can't take time off, no FMLA, vacation time or anything. So my doc said one night in the hospital supposed to be. My surgery is scheduled for 8/15 and supposed to be back at work 8/17. I don't know what to do.

We both will do great! So happy I dont know what to do. Best birthday gift ever!

My HW start of process 401. CW 357! Still have a few weeks to go so lose a little more by then.
