  1. Vitamin B12....injections, tablets or nasal spray???

      If you've been told that you have a significant deficiency, your doctor probably would want some injections before going to tablet (I'd never heard of nasal spray and -- yech -- would sooner kiss a rattlesnake than use such a thing). If you're not particularly deficient, sublingual (more efficiently absorbed than a regular tab) should be fine. I like Nature's Bounty (now labeled as Quick Dissolve rather than Sublingual) for it's pretty good cherry flavor. That's my take. What does your doctor or bariatric RD say?

      My Doctor gave me the choice and since the injection is only once a month it seems the most convenient to me....so I will start with injections and see how that will work out.. Thanks for the replies.

      I did the injections yrs ago and didnt notice a big difference with the energy everyone claims when taking B12:/ Do you take a multivitamin that has it in it as well? My Dr said that would be enough as my BW was great last time I was checked in Jan.
