    Down 74.4 pounds as of this morning.....just a little over 4 months!!! Holy crap that's a lot! I couldn't be happier. I have my 4 month follow-up visit with my surgeon today so I'm guessing he'll be very pleased as well. It's a GREAT day!!

      @Tami_Lynn no I really haven't had any stalls to speak of.....each week I've lost "something".....I had a week or two that it was less than a pound but each week it's been something.....
