So far today I have 11,350 steps!!! yay me! Monday I'll be 6 weeks so it's time for me to get serious. This evening I went and picked up my granddaughters and we all went for a nice long walk.....same plan for tomorrow!

sounds like most of my days with my grandsons. There's a great deal of "hidden treasure" outside if we look hard enough.

Very true! It's just so darn hot here we have to wait for the sun to be low enough to be able to stand it....
This is the time of year when living in the Catskills is glorious! It is sunny ,gently breezy and 79 degrees. Does it get any better than that???
