Today was day 1 for me of the all liquid diet. I get sleeved on 3/30. I have been switching off between the chocolate EAS advantage shakes and the chocolate Muscle Pharm coconut Water Protein shakes. I am on a liquid diet for 7 days. Protein shakes, sugar free Jello, broth, sugar free ice pops, diet sprite, crystal lite are a few of the things you can have. So DirtyyMelodies tonight was my last meal before liquid diet...I love BBQ, so I treated mysely to a sliced bbq pork, fries, slaw, and unsweet tea. So dissapointed, the pork was all fat. Now I am looking forward to 7 days of liquids. -
