  1. I went to my checkup and of course they was going to check my a1c. They tried. It was so low that the machine couldnt read it. I'm like what? What do you mean you cant read it. What does that mean? I was sent to the lab for blood work. Im still waiting to hear from them. On the bright side, NO MORE INSULIN FOR ME, YEAH. Im so happy cause I was really tired of sticking myself. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

  2. Hi Im two weeks out. My surgery was July 26th, 2016. I came home that next day. I had the same problem. I didnt pass gas til that Friday and first bowel movement later that same day. I felt relieved lol. Good luck to you. It will come out, hold on just dont rush it. Did they send you home with Polyethylene Solution for Constipation? That helps as well

  3. I had grits, 3-4tsps, for Breakfast. No problem. Now lunch at 12:30, I had a scrambled egg.It took me a minute to eat it. That was ok til about two hours later when it was time for my Protein Drink. OMG, I dont know what happened. IDK if it was the Protein Drink or my stomach just didnt want anything. It felt like it had gotten stuck in my chest, and trying to belch at the same time. That is not a good feeling. I kept trying to belch, and then it was the uncomfortable feeling in my chest. I knew something was trying to come back up. After that first dumping session, I felt a little better. I still feel like something is still stuck though. Now I just want to stay on fluids for the rest of my life. My stomach still feels full from the egg, I guess. Advice please.

  4. Now I know what alot of you are feeling. This is my second week out and I'm starting to feel really tired. My drinks have starting to just get stuck in my chest.and I'm so sleepy and tired. I dont want to do anything, not even eat. Next week I'm suppose to eat my Protein (chicken, seafood, eggs), I dont know if I'm ready. Now my stomach wont keep my Calcium down.

  5. My procedure was the 26th too. I came home Wednesday nite. The first nite home I didn't sleep at all. Last nite was better. My pain has decreased a lot. I do feel a little itchy around where my marks are. Still moving slow. Taking it one day at a time. I'm ready to go outside to walk but it's so dang hot. The dr told me not to go out in the heat. Walk around the house. What have you all been eating? I can do cottage cheese, but I do eat Greek yogurt with one splenda
