I don't think I regret the surgery, but I don't like having to relearn how to eat, what signals your body gives and having to worry about throwing up after trying new things in the beginning. I was able to walk a couple of miles today with no problem -which I must say was actually pretty nice Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
