I see a therapist and a nutritionist with an eating disorder background. Very helpful. I had to self pay out of pocket for the surgery and I do t want to screw it up after spending all that money.

I'm definitely slacking in the fluids. Very hard for me. Have gone back to more Protein drinks to help with Fluid and protein intake. Yesterday was a good day so need to build upon that and keep it going.
