Ok we're not in a would were anything is easy so I drink premier Protein shakes from Walmart an all so I get my Vitamins there my doctor says I can swallow any of them now I'm 4mo out . I hate chewable

I also am a OTR Driver had my sleeve March 8 I'm about 6 weeks out I drink premier Protein shakes from Walmart in the morning an before I go to bed at night there 30 grams Protein I get my food at Walmart . An the pilot an fly j both have Soup . An in the morning they have oatmeal. TA an Petro will make u eggs or what u want girl were there is a will there is away lol
But yes it is hard to get the liquid down because the more u drink the more u have to stop an u an I both no there's not a lot of time for that out here. If u need to talk just text me.

Hi I'm 3 weeks out have never had a problem with going to the bathroom but I just now have got my nerves straight lol. I never realized what kind of relationship I had with food until now. I'm down 30 pounds but I still have problems getting all the Protein down an the Water but I try an I am sick of shakes already.
