Hello everyone: I am very happy that I found this thread. I live right here in Leesburg, GA (but extremely close to Albany) and I am going to get banded by Dr. Bagnato on February 25th. I am nervous as all hell. I have never had a surgery in the entire 30 years of my life. I haven't even broken a bone or had to have stitches. Right now I am nervous. Although I have told my of my freinds and some of my family (my family thinks that I should not go through with it :wink2:) I am still in that "Am I dreaming this, or am I really goign to have this done?" I think I will probably be in a slight state of disbeleif until I am actually wheeled into the surgury suite. It does not help that I am in the medical field and know every itty bitty little complication that can occur. I keep hearing about a Bagnato support group that may be formed. Ya'll can count me in on that if/when it happens. I would love to meet more fello fellow banders. I have also only been in Georgia for about a year, so it will allow me to meet more people period. Hello Ya'll: I just joined the site today. I have pics of me on my computer, but I dont know how to transfer them from my computer to this site. I tried cutting and pasting them but all I got was that little "X" where my pics should be or a whole buncha text. :confused2: Any help would be beyond fantastic. Thanks a million. --BB

Hello Ya'll: I am a 30 year old female from Florida who moved to southern Georgia about a year ago. I am pretty sure that I was googling my chunky butt off when I came across this forum. I am thrilled to death that I found it thought. The pictures on here are simply amazing!!! I can only hope tp have such results. I have not been banded yet. If all goes well, I will have the surgery done on 2/25/08, here in GA, with Dr. Bagnato. I think that he has done over 500 of these procedures. I have never had a single surgery in my entire life. So yeah, I am kinda nervous as hell right now. I hope all goes well. take care. Thanks for having me. Drop me a message sometimes. Hello: Yeah..so..uhm..with your hepl I managed to figure out how to post pics here. But they came out HUGE. I am talking huuuuge. :crying: It is bad enough that I am as large as I am now.. but then to see me in apicture large enough tot ake up my ENTIRE monitor... :: faints :: Can someone tell me how to get my pics not to post so huge? Goodness. I thoroughly apologizes for all the retinal damage, psychological trauma, and all out making folks blind, crippled, and crazy when they viewed my pics. :: takes another look :: I am talking about gigantic me. oh my. can someone offer a little help?
