  1. For those of you on a full Fluid diet I discovered this today and it's like a desert yummmm... plain Greek yogurt mixed with low fat low sugar Jello and mix in some benefibre. Perfect Breakfast lots of Protein and tastes delish
  2. 83lbs isn't something to scoff at its an achievement even if it isn't as much as you'd like to loose . Key is to work with your Nut and excersize as much as possible

  4. I'm always so nauseous and I'm 4 days post op besides that I feel great....Is that normal?
  5. You will! I have faith that anyone who follows the drs directions will loose what they want. I am still very sore can't wait to be able to go for walks again and then start working out after that I'm so excited for this part of my life and can't wait until this is all feeling normal to me and not like just another diet lol...it's a whole new life and we all deserve to be happy and healthy! If anyone has any questions about surgery at all no matter how "silly" feel free to inbox me cuz I know how I felt not knowing anyone who was just ahead of me I had so many questions
  6. I was supper nervous and not sure what to expect but it has all been very doable and not very overwhelming like I rhought it may be good luck! Since 3.5 weeks ago I'm down 29lbs and I'm 3 days post op

  8. I did the full liquid shake diet for 3 weeks before surgery and lost 23lbs...it's seems to be alot of work to eat all day lol and I'm exhausted haha but I'm getting more used to all the feelings
  9. Yep exactly I was more scared before and then it was nothing
  10. I am 2 days post op and I came home yesterday. Key is to walk as soon as u feel like you can. Really wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
  11. @@kjwrn no I was meant to have mine on the 28th of March but they moved me to April 4
  12. I go in tomorrow at 6am with am 8 am surgery time wish me luck!

  14. I didn't notice any mood swings in myself at all actually mostly just head hunger oh and make sure you take fiber in every shake My surgery is Monday urs?
  15. I'm going in on Monday for my big day been on a strict all liquid diet for 2.5 weeks
  16. It's so true I had a few food funerals over the last year lol its not great but there's always another bandaid excuse that made me feel better every time I over stuffed myself
  17. Tomorrow will be the begining of week 3 for me with optifast surgery on April 4. I cooked and served a full turkey dinner wasn't easy but gotta push through
  18. I just cooked and served a whole turkey dinner with all the trimmings I'm 7 days pre op and week 3 of liquid diet....was definitely hard but I've been good so far
  19. Yea I know it really is wish I was a lucky one who could eat up until 24 hours before lol oh well 20 lbs down in a week and a half can't complain about that! And it's really not that bad
  20. My BMI is 45 and I still have to do 3 weeks shakes lol
  21. Maybe try sugar free gum I find it helps a ton as well as start your multi vitamin it will help with energy. Also a solid 8 hours sleep every night if possible
  22. @@claddagh66 I know when I saw the scale I didn't believe it haha. Motivates me definitely. I am fine energy wise now it honestly isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I've cooked for my family and had no issues not eating it I find Mio the water flavoring helps alot so I don't get bored with water also eating ice so I can chew something and sugarless gum between those 3 things I feel like they saved me lol from strictly shakes and water for 3 weeks. I started taking my multi vit and hair skin and nails so maybe helping energy wise and I have an active niece that lives with me so I make sure to promise her a walk every morning she never forgets and never gives up until I get off my butt so we walk 30 mins every day just around town.
