We can all use friends.
But sometimes -- as in my own case -- we can also use a therapist.
Would you be interested in finding one who helps folks going through bariatric surgery? Mine has been a great resource for me.
It sounds to me (?) like it's not so much what's happening around / to you -- but how you're reacting to it all that's causing you pain.
