Inner thigh, oh my
Yep. But that's typically reserved for people who excessively sweat. Not certain of studies or treatment modalities using Botox on those glands that swell and become infected. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

PCOS Strikes again!
Before considering a hysterectomy, I would ask the doctor about having a uterine ablation. You won't be able to have children, but your organs will be intact. It was my treatment of choice when, at 38, I began what was the worst 2 years of menstruation I could ever imagine. Ablation is an outpatient procedure done under a sedation similar to when you have a colonoscopy or EGD. They insert a balloon into your uterus through your cervix, and fill it with scalding hot liquid which ablates the lining permanently. Over the last 10 years, I've had a tiny amount of brown spotting that lasted about a day- less, really, about once a year. My hormones are intact, as are my organs. Just a thought- if hysterectomy was your treatment of choice. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Changes after hair loss
My mom, btw, has the same hair type- and it didn't change after her pregnancies either. My guess is it's a crap shoot. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Changes after hair loss
I've been pregnant 5 times resulting in 3 children ( 2 miscarriages both at 4 months). I was born with a head of ridiculously thick super- curly red hair (thanks to my Italian heritage). My youngest is 15 and my hair is as curly today as it was when I was a little girl. My saving grace at this point is the hair loss I'm experiencing - which is significant- is not noticeable and has cut my drying and styling time in half. I'm not complaining. New Teeth to Match the New Plastic Rest of Me
@@AvaFern Did you go ahead with your dental work? I'm a bit late (2 months!) to this conversation, but I practiced dentistry for over 20 years. Teeth color, provided you didn't have internal staining from antibiotics or fluorosis, is TYPICALLY directly correlated to skin tones, believe it or not. In this century, whitening products, be it over the counter or dispensed by a licensed clinician, are readily available and very potent. With exposed root surfaces, sensitivity can be horrid. Be certain you're using some form of sensitivity-reducing paste, or better yet, prescription strength stannous fluoride gel. This gel can cause some staining, but it is extrinsic- can easily be removed and the benefits are permanent. You will also benefit from the addition of a topical fluoride because the root surfaces of teeth do not have enamel and therefore caries- cavities- can not only begin faster, but the growth rate of them is exponentially greater. Anyway- I hope if you had this all done you achieved the desired results! Nothing is as lovely as a beautiful smile Lisa Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Eating or Drinking Your Nutrients?
@@Krista143 I was told it was perfectly fine, as long as there is no sugar added to the almond milk. Just make sure you add up the Protein in the milk to the protein in your powder to get an exact total. As for OJ- there is a lot of sugar in it- I would personally avoid it- I wouldn't want the calories nor the possibility of dumping. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

A beautiful day in Chicago
Yay! Another Chicagoan! You will get there! We are SO fortunate that we live in such a beautiful, vibrant city. I'm actually in the suburbs now, but grew up in Logan Square and then the Six Corners/ Old Irving Park area. Where, if I may ask, are you? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Frozen Banana treat
Should add you need to add the sweetener to the baking chocolate to taste. If I were to do it over- and I will- I would just use bittersweet chocolate and drizzle it lightly. The chocolate was too much- in volume- more than needed. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

3wks out tacos?
Odd thing? My NUT who is very strict, makes no restriction on full fat products- dressing, sour cream, mayo, bbq sauce etc. Her opinion on condiments is that because of the small volume of food we consume, we aren't eating THAT much of a particular condiment, so have at. Her opinion is regular dressing tastes better so enjoy the scant teaspoon you will likely need. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
