Love this!

While searching Pinterest just now, I ran into this-post-284996-14731095734538_thumb.jpg

How cool is that for meal prep????post-284996-14731095982104_thumb.jpgpost-284996-14731096122118_thumb.jpg

Just pack your salad, etc in mason jars, seal and put in fridge. Leave a little room on top if you use dressing to shake. Strategically layering is the key- dressing and "wet" things on the bottom. Then layer away!

Have I told you about my great, new invention? I call it a "bridge." Would you like to buy one?

I'm teasing you. If the Mason jar tip hadn't occurred to you and is useful for you, it's worthwhile. Wanna buy my other invention? Use a leak-proof, plastic food storage container -- lighter to pack along and unbreakable! For sale cheap!
