  2. Lmao. I face-planted several times over the first 4-5 yoga classes. Then I realized I did NOT have to do it like everyone else- and modified- until I could master more. Yoga is key to my sanity, oh, and my flexibility too! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  4. By 10 days out I was rearing to go- but had to wait for surgeon to give me the go- ahead to lift. Until then was walking like crazy, running errands, etc. At the 4 week mark, when I could lift, I proceeded to rip out all the landscaping in front of my house, replant it all, and my husband and I built a new front porch. Course, I was on a deadline- oldest sons HS grad was in May, and along with it, a huge party for 150 people. Lol. I found that the more I did, the more energy I had. 5. Yes, a pin, like a pierced earring, that can be put anywhere on the waistband. That's why I don't get it. Because it won't meet square with the buttonhole, there will either be bunched-up fabric or fabric pulled tight. No? Have you actually used these pins? she said in her original post that she even used them prior to surgery. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. Theory is- for bypass at least- if you eat mostly lean Proteins, followed by a veggie or fruit when it is consumed, you shouldn't need to count calories. You should be full, and then finish eating. I mean, we do, sort of, by knowing how much a piece of Protein costs calorically, but that is just a matter of getting familiar with nutrition, in general. And if we are using an app to track- well that makes it easier. My point is- you need to target your protein goal and meet it. Get on friendly terms with making adjustments when you are expending energy (working out) by upping your HEALTHY calorie intake, and track your food. You will begin to see "rhyme and reason" in plateaus, and how to help break them if they go on too long. Good luck. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  22. Best tasting "clear" I've found. Not as high in Protein as Isopure or powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury, but I occasionally add a scoop of unflavored Unjury to it to boost the nutritional value.
